TELETIES are designed to be flexible and versatile, stretching comfortably over your wrist, ponytails, and hair buns. Over time, you may notice a slight loss of elasticity, which is a natural side effect of our “no-rip” material. If this happens, don’t worry—TELETIES are fully shrinkable! To restore their original size, simply place your TELETIE in a bowl of warm water. The heat will cause the material to shrink back to its original shape. Important: Make sure your TELETIE is not twisted before placing it in water, as twisting may prevent it from returning to its original shape. With this simple trick, your TELETIE will be as good as new!

Shipping & Delivery FAQ We offer a flat rate of $4.25 for shipping on all domestic orders within the United States. All packages are shipped via USPS First Class Mail, unless otherwise specified. Enjoy free shipping on domestic orders when you purchase 2 or more products. Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days, and you can expect delivery within 2-5 business days after shipment. Orders placed on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) will be processed on the following business day. At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping, but please check back as this may change in the future.
