Will TELETIES hair ties stretch out over time?
TELETIES are designed to stretch for a secure, comfortable hold. Over time, they may stretch slightly with wear, but they can be restored by placing them in warm water, which causes the material to shrink back to its original size. Make sure the tie is in its correct shape before soaking.

How do I choose between TELETIES brushes?

What is your shipping policy?
We offer flat-rate shipping of $6.00 within the United States. Free shipping is available when you spend $50 or more. Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days and typically arrive within 2 to 5 business days.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
We currently offer FedEx Express shipping on some orders. When you select it, you are responsible for that shipping cost regardless of the $50 free shipping threshold.
Do you ship internationally?
We do ship internationally. Customers outside the United States are responsible for all shipping costs, customs fees, duties, and taxes. We do not offer free shipping on international orders.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email with delivery updates. You can also log into your account to track your order.
What if my package is delayed or lost?
If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact our support team with your order number so we can assist you. Email info@TELETIES.com or call 407-960-3714. USPS is known for delayed packages, so give it an extra day.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Need a different size, color, or style? Unused items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery and must be in their original packaging. Return shipping is customer-paid, meaning you are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. Prefer store credit? What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unused items in original packaging. Return shipping is customer-paid. We do not accept returns or exchanges on gifts, and all international sales are final. Visit https://www.teleties.com/pages/returns for full details.
Do TELETIES products have a warranty?
Yes. If your TELETIES arrive broken or damaged within one year of purchase, we will replace them. To submit a warranty claim, start a return at https://teleties.loopreturns.com/#/, select Warranty Claim, and upload a photo of the damaged item. We will take care of the rest.
Are shipping fees refundable?
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

What payment methods do you accept?

Do you charge sales tax?
