Unused items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping is customer paid, and we do not accept returns on gifts.
Prefer Store Credit?
Choose store credit when returning your order and receive a $5 bonus gift card as a thank you. Store credit cannot be used toward shipping or handling fees.
Broken or Damaged Item Warranty
If your TELETIES arrive broken or damaged within 1 year of purchase, we will replace them at no cost to you.

Select Warranty Claim as your reason.
Upload a photo of the damaged item.
