Returns, Exchanges, and Warranty Claims

Need a different size, color, or style?
Unused items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Return shipping is customer-paid.

We do not accept returns on gifts.

Prefer Store Credit?

Choose store credit when returning and receive a $5 bonus gift card as a thank you.

Store credit cannot be used toward shipping or handling fees.

Broken or Damaged Item Warranty

If your TELETIES arrive broken or damaged within 1 year of purchase, we will replace them.

To submit a warranty claim:
• Start a return
• Select Warranty Claim
• Upload a photo of the damaged item

We will take care of the rest.
