Kellie Carlson
Wholesale Director
Bio: I've been part of the TELETIES team since 2023 and proudly work remotely from Dallas, Texas. When I'm not working, you can usually find me planning my next getaway with family and friends, cheering on my favorite basketball team (go Utah Jazz!), or hanging out with my rescue Chihuahua, Lola, who definitely runs the show at home.
Credentials & Experience: I attended the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in Los Angeles, California, where I graduated in 2012 with an Associate of Arts degree in Visual Communications. It was there that I developed a passion for branding and connecting with people. I bring 13 years of experience in retail and wholesale, primarily with Nordstrom, where I held several roles across four different states. My retail background taught me how to build strong sales teams and create lasting customer relationships, which continues to be my favorite part of my role here at TELETIES.
Jillian Rhae Maxwell
Social Media & Content Coordinator
Bio: I'm originally from Benton, Louisiana, but now call Atlanta, Georgia home. I graduated from the University of Georgia with a BBA in Marketing and joined the TELETIES team in July 2025. Outside of work, you can find me creating social media content, wearing pink, shopping, spending time with my mini Goldendoodle, Pinky, and baking.
Credentials & Experience: Social media has been at the center of my world for nearly eight years. During that time, I grew my own personal platform, which led to launching a small business and designing a clothing brand. I've had the unique opportunity to experience social media from every angle (creator, business owner, and brand), which gives me a well-rounded perspective on building authentic, engaging, and impactful digital communities.
Cecilia Santiago
Marketing Coordinator
Bio: I began working at TELETIES in May 2024 when I joined our incredible marketing team. I'm an Orlando native, and outside of work, I enjoy needlepointing, going to the movie theater, and spending time with family.
Credentials & Experience: I have a B.S. in Marketing and a B.S. in Integrated Public Relations and Advertising from USF. During my undergraduate career, I interned with a local Tampa advertising agency where I gained experience tracking and optimizing social media analytics and creating marketing campaigns aligned to client brand voice and goals.
Melissa Kelly
Wholesale Team Member
Bio: I joined TELETIES in 2025 and have truly loved being part of the team! Outside of work, I'm usually at a workout class, baking one of my signature recipes, grilling at home with my husband, or spending quality time with family and friends. Those are my favorite moments!
Credentials & Experience: Before TELETIES, I spent 4 years managing a boutique and 4 years in wholesale sales, which gave me a great mix of both retail and wholesale experience. I'm passionate about building strong relationships and creating a positive, seamless experience for customers every step of the way.
Francesca Suglio
Wholesale Team Member
Bio: I've been with TELETIES since 2024 and love being part of such a dynamic, fast-paced brand! Outside of work, I love traveling, staying active, and anything sports-related, along with trying new restaurants and spending time with friends.
Credentials & Experience: I graduated from UCF in 2020 with a background in Event Management. I also have several years of experience in customer service, retail, and management, where I developed a strong focus on building relationships and delivering a great customer experience.
Payton Rice
Wholesale Team Member
Bio: I've been with TELETIES since 2025 and have loved being part of such a fun, growing brand! I moved to Florida from North Carolina in April 2025 and have been soaking up the sunshine ever since. In my free time, you can find me at Pilates, reading a good book by the pool, or indulging my sweet tooth while watching movies.
Credentials & Experience: I graduated from East Carolina University in May 2024 with a degree in Fashion Merchandising and Consumer Studies. Before joining TELETIES, I spent years working in retail throughout high school and college, and later helped my mom manage and buy for her boutique. That experience gave me a strong foundation in customer relationships and a deep appreciation for brands like TELETIES, long before I officially joined the team.
Jamie Bernick
Wholesale Team Member
Bio: I have been with TELETIES since 2023 and could not be happier to be a part of this growing company and culture! In my free time, I love hanging out with my husband and our 7-year-old American Bulldog, Pepper. I love to garden and work on my yard, so the Farmer's Market Collection has been one of my absolute favorites (specifically, the Locally Grown Tomato items ). I have also been a member of a coveted book club for about 4 years with some friends whom I adore.
Credentials & Experience: I worked for Nordstrom for about 9 years in various roles prior to working at TELETIES. There, I learned the value of great customer service and how to cultivate relationships with employees, vendors, and buyers alike to create the absolute best customer experience no matter the end user.
