Returns, Exchanges, and Warranty Claims
Return Window
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
We do not accept returns on gifts.
Start a Return
To start a return, please visit our Return Portal or contact us at info@teleties.com.
If your return is accepted, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return shipping is customer-paid.
Exchanges
Need a different size, color, or style?
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
Prefer Store Credit?
Choose store credit when returning your item and receive a $5 bonus gift card as a thank you.
Store credit cannot be used toward shipping or handling fees.
Damages, Issues, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at info@teleties.com if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.
1-Year Warranty
If your TELETIES arrive broken or become damaged within 1 year of purchase, we will replace them.
To submit a warranty claim:
- Start a return through the return portal
- Select Warranty Claim
- Upload a photo of the damaged item
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Gifts
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care goods
- Perishable goods
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.
Items must still be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
