Processing Time

All TELETIES orders ship within 2–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves our warehouse.

Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

• U.S. Orders: Enjoy free standard shipping on orders of $50 or more (before tax and after discounts). Orders under $50 will have shipping calculated at checkout.

• International Orders: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

We work with trusted carriers to make sure your order arrives quickly and safely.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping option chosen at checkout. Please note that once your order has shipped, transit times are managed by the carrier.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your TELETIES from our door to yours.

International Shipping

Yes, we ship worldwide! International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please note: customers are responsible for all taxes, customs duties, and import fees charged by their country. TELETIES is not able to predict or cover these additional costs. Interntational shipping does not qualify for free shipping! 

Delayed or Lost Packages
